ADAM BUMSTED - SHS GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY & TRACK

Coach Adam Bumsted is in his sixth year as the Head Girls Cross Country & Track Coach at Springdale High School and his 14th year overall of coaching both sports in NWA. Coach Bumsted is originally from Wichita, KS where he attended Maize High School and was a four-time letterman in cross country and two-time letterman in track. He earned All-State honors twice in Cross Country and once in Track. He attended the University of Arkansas and earned his bachelor's degree in Mathematics in 2007 and Masters in the Art of Teaching in 2008. Coach Bumsted has also earned a second Masters degree from Arkansas State University in Educational Leadership. He currently teaches Quantitative Literacy and Math Ready at SHS. He married his wife, Heather, in 2008 and they have a six year old son named Jackman. They are expecting another child in March!! We see you Coach Bumsted! We are so grateful to have to leading our kids!
